I’m gonna start the easiest diet I ever have did in my life.
Morning: Eat as much fruit as you can
Afternoon: Eat as much vegetables as you can
Drinks allowed: Water and tea
That way you still get a lot of calories so people can’t complain, but the calories just don’t count. You can do this for about a month, then you’ll have to switch diets to get variation in your eating patterns or some shit like that.
